Because our products are made just for you, we only accept returns or offer replacements on custom items if:

  • There's a defect in the product, or

  • We made an error in the customization (compared to the approved proof or submitted details).


30-Day Request Window
If there’s an issue with your order, please let us know within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t accept refund or replacement requests after that time.


📸 What We'll Need
To help resolve your issue quickly, we may ask for:

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Clear photos of the item showing the defect or error


📬 Return Process
Once a refund is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label to cover the return. Refunds are processed as soon as we receive the item back.
