Customer Supplied Ai Artwork

Custom artwork provided by customers, including AI-generated images, is accepted with the understanding that results may vary depending on the production method and substrate used, including but not limited to engraving, UV printing, sublimation, casting, embroidery, laser marking, and sandblasting.

Due to differences in materials, textures, coatings, and production processes, exact color, detail, shading, and image reproduction cannot be guaranteed. For best results, our office requires customer-supplied artwork in editable vector or high-resolution formats such as .AI, .EPS, or editable .PDF files.

Artwork generated through AI platforms or submitted in non-editable formats will require additional artwork preparation, vectorization, cleanup, or modification, which will result in additional artwork and setup charges. By submitting artwork, the customer acknowledges and accepts these limitations and potential additional costs. Artwork charges begin at $30 per half-hour.
